We offer delivery 3 days a week:

Mondays, Wednesdays & Fridays

*Orders must be in by 10am for same day delivery*

We deliver across most of the most of the Metro Vancouver area including Vancouver, Burnaby, North Vancouver, New West, the Tri-cities and Richmond

How much?

Deliveries over $99* are FREE! Otherwise there is flat fee of $9.99

Raw Food Deliveries - Please note that we charge a fee of $9.99 to deliver all frozen products regardless of the minimum spend

Delivery FAQ's and Best Practices

- On the day of your delivery you'll receive a text confirmation where you can track your package on route to you!

- Delivery is contactless so just let us know where to leave your order with a note at check out! That said, please note that we are not responsible for theft or damage to your package after delivery to the location of your choosing

- We endeavor to get your order to you as quickly as possible but unfortunately, we cannot guarantee as specific time within the time range posted

- We do not have a refrigerated delivery truck, however we will pack your raw food order with ice packs to prevent thawing. If you are unavailable at the time of your delivery, we recommend leaving a cooler at your door
